For Edgeless towel,  it is cut by ultrasonic machine.  Use the high temperature and ultrasound. So if the edge have a little hard, that is normal. 1. How about your dyeing color difference problem ?

Usually we dye the fabric according to the Pantone color number chosen by the customer, and there is almost no noticeable color difference.

According to the Pantone color number of the customer, the dyeing agent is manually modulated. Generally, we will go through several modulation, and each modulation will be adjusted according to the color card to ensure the color difference rate.
